To complete this qualification you will undertake one of two pathways
1. Teaching individual learners
2. Teaching a group of learners

Pathway 1: Working with an individual learner
Officially known as Unit 3: Facilitate learning and development for individuals
There are 5 elements to complete in this unit
- A Worksheet
- Creating your lesson plan
- Being observed delivering a lesson to your chosen learner
- Completing a self evaluation with your learner after your lesson delivery
- A log of other teaching sessions you attend/deliver/help with

To complete the Working with Individual learners Pathway there is a final Worksheet to complete. You have a choice of two but it is strongly recommended that you complete Unit 6 which can be downloaded below.
