- Structure of a complete class to include the aerobic curve and maintenance zone
- Structure of the Warm up in detail
- Create an MPR to include 1 x 32 count routine
- Use Add On choreography to build your routine
- Basic theory around static and dynamic stretching
- Practical – add stretches to MPR to create a whole Warm Up
- Methods of measuring intensity including BORG 6-20, BORG 1-10 and the Talk Test
- Working out theoretical MHR with % rates to train the CV system
