Vista Wellbeing offers a range of community group classes in and around Barnstaple and North Devon. But we realise that a group setting is not for everyone and so Vista Premium might be for you.
Vista Premium is a 1:1 service which can be delivered in a suitable public space, your own gym (by arrangement/agreement) or in your own home.
Vista Premium is not a regular Personal Training service. We work with clients who face particular health or wellbeing challenges such as:

High Blood Pressure
Depression
COPD
Arthritis
Stress
Obesity
Anxiety
Asthma
The Vista Premium Package: 12 weeks (face to face) £1199
This bespoke package comprises 24 one-to-one sessions spread over a 12 week period including:
- an initial face to face assessment to assess a range of physiological indicators such as blood pressure, pulse rate, blood oxygen, blood sugar, height, weight, body circumference and body mass. It may also include a functional capacity test to identify your maximum exertion levels in order to predict safe and appropriate exertion levels
- A consultation looking at readiness to change plus a goal setting programme
- A final assessment to review your progress and successes along with any areas still requiring more attention
- A final report
- BONUS PACKAGE: free access to the Vista Home Exercise programme so that you can continue your journey to better health and wellbeing.
The Vista Premium Package (face to face): 6 weeks £699
As per the 12 week package but 12 session spread over 6 weeks.
Vista Premium: Single Sessions
If you don’t want to commit to a package of sessions then we do offer single sessions on a “pay as you go” basis. The intial fee is £60 and this covers your consultation and a single 1 hour session fac to face. Subsequent sessions are priced at £35 per hour.
Who delivers these Pemium Packages?
We have an approved team of specialist instructors who hold a minimum of a Level 3 qualificaton in Exercise Referral. Others hold Level 4 qualifications and specialise in training people recoving from cardiac and cancer treatment. All instructors are DBS checked and have worked for Vista Wellbeing as interns to gain clinical experience.

North Devon is a large and rural geographic area. Fees will usually cover the costs of travel – this will be confirmed at the time of your consultation. Our details T&Cs document can be found here – and this will form part of any contract agreed between us.
