Our Circuit classes are inclusive and accessible with standing and seated options. We use a variety of cardiovascular and strength exercises sandwiched between a warm up and a cool down.
The exercises we choose are tailored to the individual needs of our participants to maximise the effectiveness of each session. This also allows us to provide physical activity sessions to clients with different health and wellbeing needs.
Prior to joining a session for the first time, it is important that we understand any particular challenges and needs that you have. This helps us to keep you safe and ensure that the exercises are appropriate for you and assist you to achieve your personal goals. We therefore ask you to contact the team prior to attending to arrange a short consultation. This can be arranged over the phone, by video link, or face to face.
