Vista Wellbeing CIC is a North Devon community interest company helping people improve their health, confidence and quality of life through safe, supportive physical activity and wellbeing programmes.
We specialise in working with people who may find mainstream exercise difficult to access, including those living with long-term health conditions, recovering from illness or treatment, or needing additional support to become and remain active.
Our programmes include specialist exercise and rehabilitation, balance and falls-prevention activities, group exercise, walking and other community-based opportunities. Sessions are designed to be welcoming, enjoyable and adaptable, helping people progress at a level that is appropriate for them.
Vista’s work is delivered by experienced, appropriately qualified instructors who understand the importance of providing both professional support and a friendly, inclusive environment. We work with health professionals, community organisations and local partners to help people move from healthcare or rehabilitation into sustainable, everyday physical activity.
As a Community Interest Company, our purpose is social rather than commercial. Any surplus we generate is used to support and develop our services for the benefit of the communities we serve.
Our aim is simple: to help people move more, feel better and live well.
