Hope you’ll be better soon Veronica. Have sent Hazel a text. See you all on Friday 🤞

Cuppa at the bikeshed sounds great but unfortunately I’m under the weather so we won’t be able to join you today. Hazel is having her operation this morning so it would be great if you could all send her some positive vibes xxx

I would be interested to know the takeup of this compared to the reach and impact of the face to face programme from Vista Wellbeing, which was excellent and met social interaction needs too? Will there be an evaluation? Thanks

The Vista team is passionate about the benefits of physical activity, and committed to making safe and effective movement available and accessible within our local communities.

The evidence in favour of physical activity in the treatment and prevention of many diseases is very strong, with new evidence emerging all the time.  However, some people, especially those with long term medical conditions, need support to develop a more active and healthy lifestyle – and Vista Wellbeing can help!

With socially based physical activity at its core, Vista clients can access specialist and peer support, thus reducing social isolation in addition to increasing health and wellbeing and maintaining independence.
