We had a lovely afternoon of crafting today. Thanks to everyone from The Vista Tribe who shared their skills to help people find their creativity! There were some excellent pieces produced today - along with really good company plus tea and cake. What more could you want!

Thanks to North Devon Council for their support.

If you find it difficult to get to medical appointments, or our classes, you may find community transport a cost effective and supportive option.🚗 🌼 Community Transport Tuesday – Keeping Northern Devon on the Move 🌼

Community Transport is often a lifeline for people who have no other way to reach vital medical appointments.

💬 One client shared:

“I have to use the service for keeping my eye injection appointments every 8 and 10 weeks; my sight is greatly improved after the injections. I know of no other way I could get there…”

Thanks to funding from The National Lottery Community Fund, our partner network — including Braunton Volunteers, Holsworthy Rural Community Transport, Holsworthy Rural Community Transport, Ilfracombe Town Council Community Cars, South Molton & District Volunteer Bureau and Torridge Volunteer Cars, we’re expanding services so no one is left behind.

💛 Our volunteers don’t just drive — they bring peace of mind, compassion, and connection.

🚗 Could you join our growing team of volunteer drivers? Every journey changes lives.

The Vista team is passionate about the benefits of physical activity, and committed to making safe and effective movement available and accessible within our local communities.

The evidence in favour of physical activity in the treatment and prevention of many diseases is very strong, with new evidence emerging all the time.  However, some people, especially those with long term medical conditions, need support to develop a more active and healthy lifestyle – and Vista Wellbeing can help!

With socially based physical activity at its core, Vista clients can access specialist and peer support, thus reducing social isolation in addition to increasing health and wellbeing and maintaining independence.
